This position provides value by managing our marketing and lead generation activities across channels, including social, direct, and conferences, to drive revenue and long-term growth in alignment with our company vision and values.

The day-to-day responsibilities are perfect for a B2B marketing specialist, working directly with the head of marketing and sales:

  • Co-develop and implement marketing plans and projects designed to generate leads and nurturing of leads through top-of-funnel activities

  • Design and develop social strategy and campaigns to be integrated with our email and salesforce.com activities

  • Edit and rewrite content created by subject matter experts, write original content on chosen topics and meet standards of accuracy, style, and professional level communications

  • Create/edit marketing and promotional materials, from initial briefing to final produced product in market

  • Monitor, review and report on key performance metrics for all marketing activities

  • Execute and maintain marketing budget

  • Interact with PR firm, and represent Cogensia to media and advertising outlets

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts for content development

  • Plan, organize, create and execute trade shows and conferences (external and internal functions) both planned and adhoc, approximately 8 per year

  • Update and manage corporate website properties

  • Coordinate with outside marketing designers and printers as required

Experience and Skills:

  • Business or marketing-related degree and 4+ years of marketing experience executing B2B omni-channel campaigns

  • Expertise with digital marketing tools and platforms

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and always represent yourself and the company professionally with internal and external clients

  • Experience in developing and managing marketing campaigns

  • Strong attention to detail and proficient at proofing

  • Highly organized and a team player

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud

  • Creative, adaptive, and able to analyze and solve problems that arise
