Job Description:

The Account Coordinator is at the center of assisting account teams with the management and growth of client relationships. The AC is responsible for successfully handling multiple projects, deadlines, and client contacts and is a valuable member of the team. This position requires a passion for client service excellence and a talent for organizing innovative marketing solutions. The Account Coordinator is pivotal in a cross functional team, bringing together resources across data, marketing, analytics, and technology.


  • Manage project plans, timelines and internal communications including status and next steps
  • Assist with ongoing client communication including regularly scheduled meetings and calls and provide exceptional follow-up

  • Manage a project from beginning to end and retain all information or research needed to complete the project

  • Contribute to project profitability by understanding how timelines and accuracy contribute to the bottom-line

  • Provide administrative project management support to Managers

  • Coordinate resource/budget management as needed

  • Collaborate with Accounting for invoicing process and approvals

  • Communicate effectively with internal team as well as clients and always represent yourself and the company professionally

  • Assist in creating client presentations using PowerPoint and ensuring all client deliverables meet Cogensia document standards

  • Work with account leads

  • Be proactive with all accounts

Experience and Skills:

  • 1+ years of relevant client service and project management experience
  • Hands-on experience in marketing services
  • Proven success developing and maintaining superior client relationships and delivering results
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proactive team member with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to excellence
  • Superior project management and critical thinking skills
  • Must be solution driven with excellent organizational skills
  • Detail oriented and time efficient
  • Have the ability to multi-task and prioritize projects in a fast paced, results driven environment
  • Be able to function independently as well as in a highly collaborative team environment
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
